With the new case study on Misogyny, I found this article very relevant. I know that from the video we saw today that the objectifying of women has to do a lot with how women portray themselves. Although this article discusses how easy it has become for people to express their misogynistic views through the internet, I also think it has become easier to objectify women.

Even though I think it's a bit of a generalization, I think it's interesting that he says at the end, "I think rather than hate it would be better to say fear, because fear is where the hate comes from. Misogynists fear what women can do to them: principally, reject them, or excel them." If someone grew up thinking all women were supposed to be inferior, I could see the fear of a woman excelling past them easily causing bigotry.
