Just happened to be scrolling through yahoo news and came upon an article describing why Donald Sterling is suing the NBA. I don't want to spoil all the fun of reading the article but basically he is seeking retribution for damages caused by his lifetime ban and termination of ownership. Read the article and comment about your reaction. I personally think he is a bit crazy and needs to take responsibility for his actions.

Update on this story for those interested: Shelly Sterling (Donald Sterling's wife) has come to an agreement with the NBA. In this agreement, Shelly agrees to sell the team (It has now already been sold), and work to prevent any lawsuit, from any other person. This means that the Sterlings no longer own the team, and it is almost impossible for anyone, including Donald Sterling, to sue the NBA over this issue.
