Kim Jong Un takeover?
"North Korea announced Thursday it had executed the uncle of leader Kim Jong Un, declaring him a traitor who tried to overthrow the state." Scary! Most of us know that North Korea is not the ideal place to live right now, but I think that our worst fears were confirmed when Kim Jong Un decided to murder his own uncle. To be honest, I am a little worried that Mr. Un may think that he is going to be the next Hitler, and try to take over the world. He certainly has begun eliminating all those who pose any inkling of a threat to his power. By ordering the country to execute his uncle, Kim Jong has shown the world that he is not afraid to kill those who get in his way, even if they are related by blood. Although I feel very safe, being an American citizen, I believe that he has done exactly what he wanted to do. Introduce fear into the hearts of people all around the world, and assert himself as a dangerous man not to be reckoned with. How do you guys feel about a potential equivalent to a second holocaust being in our near future? What will our world powers do differently this time to control such violence, rather than let it go so far as to killing millions and taking over an entire continent?
