Holocaust Denial

A few times in class we have discussed Holocaust Denial. Although there are pictures, films, and thousands of people to prove it is true, for some not even all that is enough. In 1943, Heinrich Himmler was the first to say that the murders of millions of European Jews should be kept quiet. And 12 years later a man William Carto creates a group, known as the Liberty Lobby, that could be considered the first Holocaust Denial group. They began to publish literature as an act of their movement. Over the years, people have said that the Holocaust never happened, and then they began to say that the numbers of Jews killed is over-exaggerated. But, there is so much evidence saying that 6 million is the correct number of Jews murdered in the Holocaust.
