Lobotomy Procedure on WW2 Soldiers

Here is a video of a WW2 soldier, Roman Tritz. Who is one of the many soldiers who came back from WW2 with psychiatric problems. At that time there wasn't much knowledge about the psychological problems caused by war. Nor was there medicine to treat psychiatric problems. Roman Tritz was one of the thousands soldiers who were lobotomized by the Veterans Administration. Lobotomy is procedure where the frontal lobes and your brain are severed. It can effect  a person's personality and ability to function independently. Lobotomy was used to treat people with psychiatric problems.
