Is This Incest?
Today in class we where watching the "Dogs" documentary and in one part one of the people they interviewed said that the couple who owned the dogs adopted the inmate because they wanted to have a three way relationship. Many people groaned and moaned about what they thought and i heard a couple people say that its worse then incest. With this i recently ran into an article talking about how a stepfather was having sexual relations with his step daughter. Is this considered incest?? Ponder.

...so I guess it is incest.

But they are bizarrely facing as much as 15 years in prison after Sheriff David Hopkins cited state law that a daughter is the natural offspring of a person's husband or wife.
Shouldn't the case be more about adult than incest though? They're 21 and 28, a lot of ordinary couples are that age, and I assume it's a consensual affair and an incident of rape. It's wrong to cheat on your wife or your mother (that sounds weird), but 15 years? Really? :/
I agree with Marino, I think 15 years is a bit too much for this case. Personally I do think it's incest. Even though their not blood related, they are still in a family setting and if Nicholas wanted to be involved with Jarrett then he should have divorced with Jarrett's mother before moving forward with any activities. If he would have done this, things would have still been okay looking at a legal perspective because both are over age and are considered adults.
